TERMS & CONDITIONS ITINERARIES

Whether you requested any of the itineraries on the website or requested a custom itinerary, it could be amended according to the availability of space. All Around Costa Rica is committed to corroborate the requests made by our customers as they are received and, if not possible to include in the itinerary any of the services noted, we will notify our customers within a reasonable amount of time so that our clients can review the changes recommended by the company and, once approved, the respective reservations will be made.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT

Once the itinerary is approved by the customer, the client must make a deposit equal to 25% of the total itinerary cost for All Around Costa Rica to proceed with the reservations at the selected hotels, tours, transportation companies, etc. $100 per person of this deposit will be nonrefundable in case of a cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to the arrival date in Costa Rica. In the event of a reservation received 45 or fewer days prior the arrival dates, full payment should be sent as soon as we confirm your request. Certain hotels may require additional deposits to guarantee space, especially during high season; therefore, the company will notify customers if necessary. Once the client is in Costa Rica and wants to request additional services NOT included in the itinerary, full payment must be paid at the time of confirmation.

All Around Costa Rica accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations must be notified in writing via fax or email to All Around Costa Rica reservations department. The following conditions apply to cancellations received: From 45 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be refunded. From 44 to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded From 29 to 15 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total amount will be refunded. From 14 days and including the day of arrival, no refunds will be processed. Certain hotels may have more strict cancellation and refund policies, and we will notify you accordingly. Note that $100 per person of the initial deposit will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.

RESPONSIBILITY

All Around Costa Rica acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel and assumes no liability for injury, damages, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities that may be caused either by reason of act or default of any hotel, carrier, boat, restaurant, companies or persons included in the trip, or any other circumstances beyond its direct control. All Around Costa Rica accept no liability for additional expenses due to delays or changes in flight schedules by airlines, loss or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passengers, disease, personal health, weather, strikes, conditions of roads and trails, river levels, transportation delays, accidents, fortuitous events, or other causes such as fires, earthquakes, floods and other natural causes or not. Such losses or expenses will be borne and/or assumed by the client, as tour rates provided for arrangements only for the time. Some of the activities included in the itinerary may be inappropriate for those with health problems or physical disabilities according to the activity. It is the passenger’s responsibility to judge the appropriateness of these travel activities according to his/her physical capabilities and release All Around Costa Rica of any responsibility. Trip members are responsible for selecting an appropriate program, according to their abilities and physical condition and interests, for which All Around Costa Rica assists passengers to select and recommend the activities, excursions, hotels, places to visit, etc., in keeping with the physical ability and interests; provided that the customer does not forget that is entirely responsible to have good health to make the trip to Costa Rica. All Around Costa Rica recommends its customers to be covered by life insurance, accident, medical or any other type of insurance consider necessary to travel to Costa Rica; and secure their personal property against loss and theft.
